Tender Process

The tender process may take a number of different forms:Tender Process

 

1. Following application for inclusion on the tender list the first stage may be a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ).  This is usually a series of questions designed to establish a businesses suitability to be invited to tender.

2. The next stage may be an Invitation To Tender (ITT). This will include commercial elements - such as pricing.

 

3. Following the ITT a short list of tenderers may be invited to present. This will be an opportunity to meet and discuss the bid in further detail.

 

4. Negotiation may them take place to finalise the deal. This may be a preotracted preocess. Not many tenderers will reach this stage - maybe only one.

 

Successfully getting through all these stages may lead directly to business. Alternatively it may lead to inclusion on a preferred or approved supplier list. We can provide help and advice on all stages of the tender process.
