Course Date Announced - Negotiate to Win-Win
This workshop, to be held on 23rd September is aimed at all business owners, managers and sales people who pitch to win business and find themselves in the position of negotiating the deal.
By the end of the workshop delegates will:
a) Understand the negotiation process
b) Recognise the elements of the negotiation "game" - trading variables / gambits / ploys etc.
c) Be able to prepare for each negotiation professionally
d) Conduct negotiations with confidence
... and above all - be able to negotiate the best deals!
The workshop will include some practical excercises.
The cost per delegate is £250 (plus VAT), payable in advance, and will include lunch.
